Hi, I’m Paul!

I help founders and business leaders create teams that ‘win’ in the right way. I've got a proven record of making an impact and delivering significant projects and performance through people, particularly within large brands and those in growth.

I am passionate about people, growth, employee engagement, and experiences that enable individuals and teams to be the best they can be every day.

Outside of work, I am husband to Kathryn and a proud father of 3, and you can often find me spending time outdoors with them, accompanied by our beloved dog, Peg.

Hi, I’m Carolyn!

I am a passionate, energised, and fearless change catalyst who inspires joyful revolution!

With over 20 years of experience in HR, operating at board level within some of the world's largest employers and biggest household names, I am a specialist in People Leadership, Followership, and Transformational Change.

Combining my commercial acumen and personal backstory, I use 6 SIMPLE steps to ensure leaders create positive workplace cultures by eliminating the people problems that distract them from productivity and profitability.

As an inspirational speaker and author across a range of themes pertinent to corporate settings, I focus on midlife, menopause (for men and women), and self-leadership. Alongside this, I am also a keen boxer, weightlifter, dancer, and singer.

She is impact-driven and has a proven track record of providing solutions to business challenges in both the private and public sectors. She is motivated by shaping decisions and implementing tangible, innovative solutions to ensure individuals, businesses and communities are the best they can be.

Claire

With over 20 years’ experience in people strategy supporting business transformations, Claire has worked in a variety of sectors and ownership structures, providing her with a breadth of skills, experience and understanding.

Whether it’s delivering a strategy or a project supporting business outcomes, Claire is solution-focused & commercially minded. In her spare time, you’ll find Claire on the netball court or running.

Michelle

Michelle has nearly two decades of experience in Corporate HR, with qualifications including a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management and CIPD Chartered Status.

She has worked in a number of sectors such as Charity, Financial Services, Housing and Retail, however has a passion for Employment Law and dealing with complex employee issues.

Michelle enjoys bringing together her breadth of experience and industry knowledge to a variety of business owners to enable and empower them with their HR journey.

Catherine

Catherine is an experienced, creative and driven strategist, NED, Coach and Mentor with over 25 years’ multi-sector experience across strategy, change and capital raising. She has focused most recently on growth and transformation of purpose-led organisations.

Catherine specialises in:
organisational strategy and development governance,  transformation projects, mentoring and leadership support and facilitation.

Tony

Tony is a Leadership Psychologist, helping senior and top level leaders within SMEs to improve their leadership mindset, skills and results through his unique framework.

He has more than 16 years’ experience in Leadership Development and a proven track record, having worked with 1000s of leaders and teams during this time.

In addition to running his Leadership Development Programme, Tony is also a Keynote and TEDx Speaker, qualified Psychologist and published author.

Emma

Emma is a highly experienced HR Consultant, having worked for 25+ years in corporate HR across various sectors, including international roles.

She has specialised in a number of key areas, including manufacturing, medical diagnostics/devices and professional services, as well as covering the whole HR remit at operational and strategic levels.

Emma is straight to the point and likes to keep things simple yet effective, whilst being highly motivated by having an impact on growing businesses through people.

A Year of Dates was established in 2016 by Kate & John who created an award-winning business, following a heartfelt and romantic gift from husband to wife.
