At Being Human at, we are proud to work with Tracey Hill, Founder of The Pause Effect. Tracey is passionate about helping people to build mental strength as she guides them through transforming their thoughts and emotional patterns.

Having experienced deep-rooted trauma in her past, Tracey emerged from the darkness with resilience and the willingness to try as her guiding force. This is a trait that has powered her through the corporate ranks, allowing her to work in leadership and executive roles for global giants such as Rolls Royce Aviation and Burberry. Tracey illustrates that bravery isn't about being fearless; it's about being terrified and moving forward anyway.

Tracey specialises in behavioural change and harnesses her expertise as a coach and hypnotherapist, using tools such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, neuroplasticity, and visualisation. This supports her audience in building mental strength by transforming their thought patterns, which in turn helps them to navigate their responses to make better-informed decisions. It helps forge pathways to wiser, more successful, fulfilling outcomes even in the most challenging environments.

Her 20 years' experience in the corporate environment has given Tracey unique insights into common workplace challenges, and she is on a mission to equip her audience with the tools to cultivate confidence, adaptive resilience, strength, courage, and perseverance.

Tracey's personal story is a powerful reminder that every experience, no matter how daunting, is a stepping stone to the next decision or chapter of life.
